Finally got the hang of photoshop ^ _ ^'
(The one to the right is a man T _ T He's pretty though.)
Anyways, it's Sunako and Kyouhei from "The Wallflower" (Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge), who I think are meant for each other.
Sunako is a very dark person, thus the little aura of darkness around her. She also has a habit of calling Kyouhei a "Creature of the Light" and says that it burns her eyes to look at him because he is so bright (thus the shiny-ness of him).
On another note: it's the best picture I've ever drawn ^ _ ^'
